Taiwan Audience Strategy

Primary Audience

台灣車主 & 露營族群

Urban professionals 28–45 in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung. Weekend campers and overlanders seeking premium, design-led van builds. Inspired by Japan's outdoor culture, increasingly demanding bespoke rather than off-the-shelf.

  • Follows Japanese van life accounts (バンライフ)
  • Active on Dcard 露營/改裝 boards
  • FB groups: 台灣車露、台灣改裝生活
  • Aspires to Japanese-level craft quality
Content Language

繁體中文 主導,英文輔助

Caption strategy: Traditional Chinese first (2–3 lines, poetic), followed by English translation. This positions CRDN for international aspirations while speaking naturally to the Taiwan market.

  • Main caption: 繁中 (2–3 short lines)
  • Sub-caption: English (1–2 lines)
  • Hashtags: mix of CH + EN
  • Stories: Taiwanese casual tone
Hashtag Strategy — Chinese

Caption Rules

Do

  • Short sentences. One thought per line.
  • Evoke atmosphere, not features.
  • Chinese first, English second.
  • 8–15 hashtags total per post.
  • Use line breaks for rhythm.

Avoid

  • Product spec lists in captions.
  • Aggressive CTAs ("DM us now!").
  • Trend-chasing (lip sync, meme audio).
  • More than 20 hashtags.
  • Generic captions reused across posts.
07

Production Workflow

Each completed vehicle or project should generate exactly three content pieces. This is the engine that keeps the system sustainable without requiring constant new ideas.

01
Design Post
The Why

A Monday carousel or still. Show one key design decision — why a material was chosen, why the layout was configured this way, what problem this solves.

02
Build Reel
The How

A Wednesday reel. One focused moment from the build — CNC, installation, a transformation. No narration. Let the craft speak through ambient sound and pace.

03
Lifestyle Post
The Feeling

A Friday photo or reel. Put the finished vehicle somewhere beautiful. Taiwan landscapes are your studio. Minimal caption. Maximum atmosphere.

Filming Tips for Reels
  • Slow handheld. Controlled. Never shaky vlog.
  • Natural light preferred. Workshop shadows ok.
  • Mechanical ambient audio. No trending music.
  • 15–30 seconds. Tight edit. No padding.
  • Hook text on screen (Chinese) in first 2 sec.
Story & Highlights Strategy
  • Behind-the-scenes in Stories (no feed quality needed).
  • Highlights: 作品集 / 製作過程 / 台灣旅途
  • Story polls and questions to drive DMs.
  • Tag Taiwan locations for local discovery.
  • Collab tags with camping/outdoor Taiwan accounts.
